Engineering &
Technical Capability

From concept sketch to finished piece — our in-house engineering team handles every technical challenge so you don't have to.

We don't just build — we solve.

Most furniture manufacturers work from finished drawings. We work from ideas. Our engineering team takes briefs at any stage — a napkin sketch, a reference image, a broken sample — and develops it into a production-ready specification.

This is what separates a workshop from a manufacturer.

01

Design Development

We accept any input format — sketch, photo, physical sample, or CAD file. Our team produces detailed technical drawings before production begins.

02

Prototype & Approval

A physical prototype is built and reviewed before committing to any production run. No piece goes to production without client sign-off.

03

Full In-House Production

Every stage — frame, foam, upholstery, finishing — is completed under one roof in Semarang. Complete quality control at every step.

From brief to delivery.

A typical custom project follows these five stages. We give you an honest timeline at the brief stage — no surprises.

1

Brief

Share your concept in any format. We ask questions, clarify requirements, and confirm scope within one working day.

Day 1–3
2

Technical Drawing

Dimensioned drawings and 3D renders produced for your review. We iterate until the design is technically and visually correct.

Day 4–10
3

Prototype

A single physical sample is built and photographed. International clients can request the prototype be shipped for hands-on review.

Day 11–25
4

Production

Full production run begins once the prototype is approved. Each unit is QC-checked against the approved sample before packing.

Day 26 onward
5

Delivery

Packed and loaded to your specification — flat-pack, fully assembled, or room-ready. Export documentation handled on request.

FAQ

Any format works — a photo on your phone, a hand sketch, a CAD file, a PDF drawing, a physical sample, or even a verbal description. We have worked from all of these. The more detail you can share, the faster we can respond with a technical assessment.

There is no fixed minimum. For residential clients, we regularly produce single pieces. For commercial and hospitality clients, larger runs are more economical but not required. We will advise on the most cost-effective approach for your volume at the brief stage.

Yes. We accept COM (Customer's Own Material) and COL (Customer's Own Leather). We advise on the quantity required based on your specification and the cut plan. We can also source from our own supplier network if you prefer.

From brief to prototype approval is typically 3–4 weeks. Production lead time depends on volume and complexity — we will give you an honest schedule at the brief stage. We do not quote lead times we cannot meet.

Yes. We can handle packing specifications, export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and container booking for international clients. We work with a network of freight forwarders and can advise on the most efficient shipping method for your order.
